What is a healthy lifestyle?
It's more than just hitting the gym and staying "fit". It's an attitude; a way of living one's life so that they can reach their fullest potential not only physically, but emotionally and socially as well.
The following are required for a healthy lifestyle:

1) How "busy" a family is... This includes school, work and extracurriculars.
2) Media influence... T.V., radio, and gaming provides information and entertainment. Some of this info teaches us how to be healthy, but it promotes unhealthy lifestyles as well.
3) Environmental Factors... Some people are exposed to health hazards as a result of work, relationships or for cultural reasons.
4) Economics... Families may not be able to afford to participate in healthy activities, or have the ability to access them.

TASK: Evaluate the choices that you would typically make at each of the above restaurants. There is NO WRONG ANSWER, so don't be afraid to be honest!
